Other than weddings Rhodes on the Pawtuxet hosts a wide range of events to include:

  • Galas and Fundraiser – Capacity 800 with a dance floor
  • Trade Shows- Accommodate up to 90 booths plus additional space upstairs if needed
  • Conferences – Offers one large space or 3 smaller rooms. Additional Breakout spaces available
  • Proms- Capacity of 800 guests with a dance floor
  • Public Events- Capacity of 2,000 guests
  • Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s- Capacity of 800 guests with a Dance floor

Our versatile space, custom menu planning and exclusive event experience creates fabulously successful fundraisers. From intimate cocktail receptions of 100, to celebratory fashion shows for 500, to elegant sit down dinners for 800.

Furthermore, our unique venue allows our clients to grow into our space. An organization may start year #1 at our venue with a guest count of 200, and five years later have a guest count of 550.

Our venue not only offers a convenient location for your guests, but also offers complimentary onsite parking with 540 parking spots available.


Rental Rates vary depending on your needs for the space, so please contact a representative for an exact quote.  All rentals include use of our in house table and chair inventory and complimentary onsite parking.

To secure the date the lessee must leave an initial deposit of either $1,000 or $2,000 be made to Rhodes on the Pawtuxet.  A food and beverage minimum is required for each date, the minimum varies depending on the day of the week.

The initial deposit is nonrefundable, but could be applied to another event within the same calendar year

The Town of Cranston requires that Police and Fire Detail be onsite for social events.  The number of detail is based on your guest count and the expense will be billed to the client.
